By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, or using miamibluespa.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Miami Blue Spa provides professional facial treatments, skincare consultations, and the sale of professional skincare products. All treatments are performed personally by Lisa Robbins, Florida-licensed Facial Specialist (DBPR license FB9761750). Services are intended for adults age 18+ and minors age 13–17 with parental consent.

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and is held securely on file. The card is charged only at the time of service or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show (see our Cancellation Policy).

We require 24 hours' notice for any change or cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to a $100 fee. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and select digital payment methods. Service prices are listed on our website and may be adjusted from time to time. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

Our services are cosmetic and non-medical. We are not medical providers. Information shared during consultation, on our website, or in any communication does not substitute for medical advice. You agree to disclose all relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, and recent procedures (Botox, fillers, isotretinoin, recent peels, etc.) before treatment. Failure to disclose may result in declined service or adverse reactions for which Miami Blue Spa is not responsible. If you have any medical condition that may be affected by skincare treatments, consult your physician before booking.

Skin responds differently from person to person. While our treatments are designed to be safe and effective, mild redness, sensitivity, or temporary irritation can occur, particularly after exfoliating or corrective treatments. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. By booking, you acknowledge these inherent variabilities.

When you submit a review, photo, or testimonial about Miami Blue Spa, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and use that content in our marketing materials, on our website, and on social media. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not violate any third-party rights.

All content on miamibluespa.com — including logos, photographs, treatment descriptions, written copy, and design — is the property of Miami Blue Spa or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any portion of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miami Blue Spa, Lisa Robbins, and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miami Blue Spa, Lisa Robbins, and our staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to disclose relevant health information, or your misuse of products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
